The world we live in today is full of inevitably accelerated stimuli that are impossible to follow and grasp. Consequently, more and more people find release in yoga, since the movement gained its positive reputation by involving a series of exercises and poses that both strengthen and stretch the body.
Yoga trains the physical body undoubtedly, yet the movement goes far beyond the physical world by holding a wide rage of additional advantages in its warehouse.

That is due to the interconnectedness, hence the body, mind and spirit coexist and cooperate in an inseparable dimension. None of them change without making an impact or effect on the other.

Use your brain, or set your mind to take your side. By now, you have learnt that everything comes down to the mind. Even a tiny step towards your intention and to the direction of change is much bigger than staying still, paralyzed.

Whether it is about prevention or treating any physical, mental, or emotional problem, one could hardly find a field of life that yoga would fail to fix. Yoga serves a solution and provides help regardless the origin of your problem. Moreover, to find a person who cannot benefit from yoga is more than challenging, it is impossible.

Thanked to the unlimited scale of modifications and the wide range of instruments in yoga, personalized programs can be developed, which enable nearly everybody to practise yoga.

The only question remaining is how much you want this change and if you are ready, if you dare to or you are willing to leave your usual-familiar, seemingly safe comfort zone.

Yoga employs both simple and complicated poses, breathing exercises, relaxation, meditation, all in consideration with medical diagnosis and holistic factors. Yoga may be applied for a number of chronic diseases, for medical conditions and may be used in combination with other therapies.

The first “exploratory” consultation with me is free and offers a great opportunity to discuss – either in person or over the phone – the continuing conflicts, the goals, the possible solutions and the means for achieving them, right before we dedicate ourselves to tackle them together.

The next step, if and when we choose cooperation, is the first consultation when we compile a personalized program for the client, the elements of the program, the quantity and the frequency of the meetings. The schedule is to make on the basis of a deep and thorough discussion on the client’s individual needs and goals, then a careful consideration of all these.

Both yoga therapy and yoga classes are thematically built on each other infiltrated with a safe, intimate and convivial ambience, in which the client decides on how deep they intend to go in practicing yoga and which yoga elements they wish to use and develop.

Each class offers a chance to acquire a new element to add to the previously learnt ones that are also completely applicable for practising at home.

Currently, I’m in parallel teaching, learning and practicing traditional Kriya, Karma and Hatha Yoga, as well as modern versions of Yin Yang and Vinyasa Flow Yoga.
I consider the traditional ways of yoga key, while its modern forms are useful, therefore highly recommended, since people have their own individual needs that may differ. These modern forms are inspired by a variety of approaches that help raise attention and motivate different kind of people.

The price can be calculated by either fee/occasion basis or more favourably by season tickets /5-10-occasion.
The fee(s) are calculated on an individual basis depending on the location, frequency and duration of the occasions.

What is extremely important: prices should be available for the ordinary people, too.

Starting yoga therapy does not imply leaving the medication initially prescribed by the doctor, medical control and examinations are a must. Therapeutic modifications may be introduced with medical consent, by strictly monitoring and evaluating the processes.
